Exactly. I'm sorry that there was a miscommunication between us. But that was my original point.

As to the remastering. I was incorrect, and I apologize on that point.
The "miscommunication" was between you and whoever you were advising on the matter. Not me.

A lot of speculating goes on in these forums, that's partly the reason everybody posts here. So speculate on, just don't mislead somebody into thinking something's better than it really is, or that something better is in store for the future. In this case the Harry Potter UCEs. They are the same transfers, but with a new audio track.

I decided to order this set. Based upon research and reading others opinions I don't believe the video improved at all in the UE releases, but the audio has changed. But I can live with LPCM, its should technically be the same

I will probably print out some custom covers and move them from slim to normal cases.

You can live with PCM? PCM is the best uncompressed audio you can get. Dolby TrueHD is pretty much the exact same thing.

there's debate over the formats, but trust me PCM is great.

Speaking for myself I couldn't bring myself to buy a boxset with only 6 out of the eventual 8 movies in the series to be released. I think I'll wait until next Christmas where I'm sure a set will be released with all the movies. Love the movies and books.
