It's now been confirmed that Boston Rob and Russel will be returning for this season which isn't really a surprise.

Awesome, if Russell can't win it this time he needs to stop calling himself the greatest survivor ever (even though he is).

Boston Rob is my favorite Survivor of all time, I'm pumped for this season. I don't see how Rob and Russell will make it too long though. No one will trust a single word that comes out of their mouths.

I am SO pumped about tonight...I had actually forgotten until my wife called me at work and reminded me it starts tonight!

And for the previous poster talking about last season...I have to say that it really was a bad season to choose as the one you start watching...those players were awful... I still loved it though

Jeff said that this tribal council is the best first tribal council in the history of the game.

So far this Francesca reminds me a lot of a female Jaison.

Phillip reminds me of a robot who is programmed not to lie and when the situation arises sounds off a blazing alarm. He completely destroyed that little 3 person alliance Fran and Kristina thought they had. Too funny.

I'm gonna give this series one more shot. Last season I decided for the first time ever to watch Survivor and I did that only cause Jimmy Johnson was on, but after one episode I hated everybody else so much I couldn't continue on. I hope this new season isn't a bunch of d-bags like last time though. So are these all new contestants or people who have been on before?

The funniest thing to me was Phillip's occupation of "Former Federal Agent?". The guy is hilarious and I can see how he was compared to Coach.

I really wish Kristina was the one voted out though. She is much more dangerous than Francesca with that idol. And even if she had played the idol, Francesca would have been sent to RI anyway. That didn't make sense to me.

I can really see this season having all-time top-5 potential like Jeff claims. The first tribal was
