Yeah, forgot Jaws and E.T., and throw in Schindlers List too.

Would also like to see some more classic musicals. Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and The King and I spring to mind, but would like to see more.

And season sets of Star Trek: Enterprise.

I wanted to mention Star Trek TNG, DS9, Voyager and Enterprise but my mind drifts to thinking about them going back to the negatives and remastered special effects (for ST:TNG) and I get depressed by what a mammouth job it will be and how much they darn things ar going to cost to buy...

Also the Extended Editions of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers and The Return of the King.

I wonder if they'll have seamless branching between the theatrical cuts and the EE's?

Let's get the obvious ones out the way first:

Lilo and Stitch
Lilo and Stitch 2: Stitch Has a Glitch
Stitch! The Movie
Leroy and Stitch

And now the rest. Note that I'm only mentioning titles that haven't been officially announced for UK release. We all know that the likes of Star Wars and The Lion King are on the way in 2011 so I won't mention them here.

The remaining James Bond films
Indiana Jones trilogy
The Lord of the Rings trilogy - Extended Editions
Chicken Run
Finding Nemo
Mrs Doubtfire
Sideways
The Fifth Element
School of Rock
Blade trilogy
Die Hard With a Vengeance
Futurama - Bender's Big Score
Futurama - Beast With a Billion Backs
Gangs of New York Remastered (I think the current UK Blu is still the DNR'd version)
Bad Boys II
Men in Black II
South Park: Bigger Longer and Uncut
Team America
Schindler's List
Hotel Rwanda
Devil's Advocate
Dances With Wolves: Director's Cut
True Lies
The Abyss
A Fish Called Wanda
Planes, Trains and Automobiles
The Big Lebowski
The Last of the Mohicans

That will be included in another release, 2 years after the Extended release
New Line are going to milk this particular teat dry.

From the top of my head:

Indiana Jones Trilogy
Apocalypse Now (on Region B)
The rest of the Bond films
Taxi Driver
Eraserhead (imagine how this would look in HD!)
Sorcerer
The Duellists (Ridley Scott's first feature would look brilliant in HD)
The Terminator
Heaven's Gate

And the one I'm hoping will get both the Special Edition treatment:
TRUE LIES
(James Cameron may have been busy wasting his time tweaking Avatar, but why on earth can't he give his attention to this underrated gem)

Hocus Pocus would be at the top of the list for me, I sincerely hope it comes as soon as possible. Most Disney Classics also. And a lot of what people have already said.

We used to watch Invasion as a family but when the guy went to cut his arm off with a chainsaw they lost interest for some reason...

Go figure. We only had a 4:3 Surface DVD I wouldn't mind seeing that (and lovely Lake Bell) in it's (her) HD glory.
