Ime dying to get this movie, anyone know what sites have it, not bbr, they are too undependable, i am still waiting for my sarkar blu ray video three months later after send wrong blu ray by mistake,they don't have good follow up, not organized at all. Maybe india weekly, nehaflix, or induna, i loved this movie. Are there any sites in india that ship to us, induna.com is pretty good. Shipping three days, always get shipment on time, only not all titles released in india sometimes.


What other sites have hindi blu rays that are dependable. We have to wait weeks for our local desi stores music stores to carry them.

I already purchased the blu ray a month ago, my style of doing business is not like this ime sorry, a post online gets an answer in two minutes otherwise a customer is ignored for months for an error. Keep the blu ray and the money, thanks no hard feelings learn my lesson.

Its hilarious i got no response from the company but i had two individuals with similar horror stories pm me about similar shipping tragedies from bbr and total lack of follow up, and they have shared their stories. BBR may carry stock fast, their shipping is slow and they have to improve on organization and customer service, this is my second bad experience with them, it takes three weeks to get something in us when its promised in 5 days and pay premium shipping, and if there is a mistake forget it, they are gone.

Its really sad cause they get movies first. Once they get payment in pounds, for shipping in us, their concern and care is gone. Less marketing and more customer service , follow up on orders, then you will get repeat business , thats my mantra in my business. You don't get customers with deep pockets and maddening desire to buy blu rays like us. I spend $150 a month on blu rays and dvd's and now induna and india weekly, nehaflix get all my business.

Dear Sir we were using a third party dispatch company in usa towhom we would send our goods to ,but now we have our own office base to do all our dispatches as we are a uk ,india company not a usa company and we rely on usa staff .we are improving our infratstructure for usa and canada and we thank you for your feedback.

My order was placed in UK, the fact you don't know that tells me you guys are clueless, thru owner himself in london , and i payed pounds converted to dollars, and order was late, and wrong blu ray was sent , this is thru london.So is your london office also outsourced to a third party, have you guys heard of sending a person to fed ex or ups, i send packages to my girlfriend in gujrat india , large boxes and she gets it in four days, its called ups or fedex. We don't outsource our payment to you we pay you, you guys are busy posting covers on line should pay more attention to the orders, shipment deliver. You guys don't make movies you are distributors so you should know how to ship orders , if you can't do that well... Anyhow its over, its your loss , Total lack of follow up concern, less marketing more customer service, my advice to you. Everyone has the product its the service and in your case shipping that's everything, that counts. When i pay there are no excuses on my side, customers shouldnt get excuses time and time again. Thanks for replying at least months later. Ime not the only one my inbox is full of peoples experiences like me.

Ps. also if you had pm'd or emailed like you said you had i would not have replied online, this is the only way to get a response from your company unfortunately.

I too had similar experience few months back,when BBR were supposed to send a title from US/UK to India in 10 days & for 1.5 months there was no response & after umpteen no of mails from my end,finally got a reimbursement.
Definitely not a reliable way to spend our hard earned money on!!
