I laughed the whole show, I enjoyed it. I

I though it was classic how superficial and nauseating the Americans acted.

I just know I'll give it one more episode (because I'm too lazy to go into the menu's and delete it from my show saver) and I better laugh hard at least 3 times or its gone

Watched episode 2... Again they are trying SO hard to get a laugh its not even funny. I at least giggled twice which is better from barley cracking a smile the first ep. Still a fail and I'm taking it off the dvr .

"They sent us a list. A couple of Heathers. A couple of Jennifer's. A Dushku?"

That line got me.

All I want is for them to switch this show with Californication's time slot so I dont have to find something to do for half an hour.

As funny as I thought the pilot was that is how bad I felt episode 2 was. It was a rough 22 minutes.

Woah woah woah you guys! lol

The show's premise didn't interest me, and hearing that Matt Leblanc would be in even furthered my interest from tuning in. However, left with nothing else to do on a Sunday afternoon my friend and I watched it OnDemand and we both laughed our asses off at it! Thought it was very clever and well written, and I didn't mind seeing the American's painted as clueless people (especially in LA lol).
Watched Episode Two last night and same thing again... LOVED it. Even with Matt Leblanc in it... still laughed through it.

Maybe you guys just like slapstick comedy? I don't know.... but if it matters, I never liked Friends. Never found it funny

Its just every time they went for a joke they tried so hard to make it work and its just sad watching that happen and even more sad when they can't be original and either drag it on or try it over and over, like the bumping into pillars, the security guard (that was funny the second time it happened the first episode) not the 4th time they tried it in 2 episodes

Then the redhead and how she acted again funny the first time but by like 6th+ time in 2 episodes

The guy who runs the company, mildly amusing the first episode, but its so over the top I just don't think its funny at all.

And then the No, NO, NOOOO at lunch *yawn

Well of course a canadian would feel that way, lol. It's just like how we love laughing at the expense of canadians.

lol a recent example being shameless that mounty and those up tight ladies

I consider myself pretty capable of enjoying educated humor, but this show isn't that or any kind of funny

I'm enjoying it. It feels more like a UK comedy than a US one, tonally.

As bad as the show is the ratings are doing really good for Showtime so I don't see them getting rid of this show anytime soon.
