I might grab this but it won't be until down the road. Disappointed with the special features or should I say lack there of.

Finally, hope this is better than the Canadian release. Time to pick these up if they are.

A little lame that the download code only applies to the PS3 version. I hope it also becomes available for the 360.

I used to have this on VHS. Very early CGI.

Mortal Kombat 1! Finally, won't have to get the CA release.

MK2 is a terrible movie... will pass and am thankful I wont have to buy it as a double pack.

I really thought they would have done a double feature like Bloodsport/Timecop. Oh well. I have the Canadian releases. MK:A is the best bad movie ever made and I always enjoy it when I need a good laugh.

Paul W.S. Anderson recorded a commentary track for the laserdisc of Mortal Kombat. i wih they would port it over, or have him record a new one. As long as it comes in DTS Master Audio, i'm all over the first film.

I'm just irked that WB isn't even bothering with some of their retrospective extras, such as the documentaries from '95, the TV spots from the laserdisc, as well as the original '95 LD commentary. Oh well, I'll hang onto my laserdisc of the first film and vhs copy of "The Journey Begins" (which has an official New Line Cinema documentary on the film).
