Default Frankenstein question.

Question: Who would like to see a Frankenstein Movie with Ben Affleck as Dr. Frankenstein and Matt Damon as the Monster produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and directed by Michael Bay?

And now that the thread has devolved into our with for classic Universal, let's pack it up and make the postmortem:

Harry, I sort of implied it in my response, but just for those slow on the uptake:
What the H*LL was the point of this thread?

No, seriously: The point. What. Was?
Did you have a daydream that you wanted to share, or were you writing a script? And if it was your imagination, why did you feel we should be a part of it?
I mean, just so we're not puzzling over it in the back of our minds over the next week, or ten minutes, or whichever.

The only good that could come from it would be the release of the original with Boris Karloff on Blu-ray.

(fact nitpicker)
You mean, Igor the sinister Bela Lugosi shepherd from "Son of Frankenstein"?

(If you mean the doctor's assistant, that was Karl. And he didn't sound like Peter Lorre, who worked at Warner.)

I would see that, assuming it were a comedy and it combined the original story with The Bride of... But not directed by Michael Bay. I suppose Jennifer Anniston or Jennifer Gardner would have to be "the bride"? Oh..wait a minute. Maybe "the bride" (Uma Thurman) should play "the bride". But is Matt Damon gonna' have memory problems? That could get very confusing.

And they can go all the way by having Robin Williams play Dr. Pretorius.

The Jennifer Aniston/Gardner angle is something I totally forgot. How could this have happened!
It has to be Michael Bay!!!!!
Or do you know someone else who delivered such a mess like Pearl Harbor?

Come on Paul Giamatti is way to classy for this!!
Shame Patrick Swayze is no longer among us.
On the other hand Matt Damon could play the Monster and Igor at the same time just running from one spot to the other without intercutting.

I'm so happy I missed out on the first one, but if there's sequel I promise I'll be the first one to not watch it.
