Why pay for something when it's bound to happen on it's own?

To end the war? I'm willing to buy titles I'm interested in.

Default Toshiba is digging their own grave

I agree with CAB and others. Toshiba is loosing lots of money. The day will soon come when they can no longer fund this "war". Why pay money out when we can simply go out, buy our favorite Blu-rays and do other fun stuff while Toshiba continues to waste their money.

I hope to soon see the day when Toshiba no longer exists (cause they're stubborn and don't know when to stop spending on a worthless format), or the day we see the Toshiba BD-1 Blu-ray player (I just made that number up, but they'll probably have to make a combo player to make their past supporters happy ).

All we could do is support our format with purchases. The rest, that would include under the table shady deals Microsoft would be willing to pull off to support Toshiba, is, as much I hate to say it, beyond my control.

After all there is just so much one could do.

I'll keep buying the Blu-ray movies I want. As long as we all keep doing that, we are in effect sending our message loud and clear.

They will be hard pressed to not hear the Blu roar this holiday season.
