I'm amazed by the fact there are a lot of titles here that don't belong in a "guilty pleasure" corner.

Guilty pleasures are marked as "Cheap Thrills" in my Blu-ray collection.

Forgot to add An Innocent Man with Tom Selleck, and does Bloodsport count?

"The Ninth Gate"

Not a very good movie... Probably 3 outta 5 at best. But I've always liked it for some reason, even though I know it's majorly flawed.

And oh yeah, "The Wolfman" as well.

Couldn't resist the UK Steelbook... Too sharp.

The movie kinda sucked though(smh@ them replacing Mark Romanek).

I think House of Wax is a GREAT film!

Don't think I'll ever be able to watch it without squinting or running out of the room though! That's part of the fun! Hilton fits in well too. Just my opinion.

That would be a great film if it had an isolated score soundtrack

Or about another half hour, some better plot development and a little more explanation

A coherent plot would have been nice, yes. Over the years I tend to forgoet about all the bad stuff (and there's plenty of it) and every time it comes out on a new format I have to watch it again just to see if maybe it was really a bit better than I'd given it credit for.

It's a lot like Godfather III that way up to and including the answer being 'no, just...no'

I want my serial killer movies to be either disturbing/unsettling like "Dahmer" or "Henry" or creepy/scary like "Silence of the Lambs" or thrilling like "Se7en".

Zodiac is drama. A good one but still drama. It didn't scare, thrill or creep me out once.

Zodiac is a very solid film and not a guilty pleasure at all. The only sense in which it's even remotely overrated is its inability to live up to some of the hyberbolic praise of its more breathless fans.

It's not the Best-Movie-Ever but any remotely reasonable, dispassionate examination should find an interesting story told in an extremely competent manner.

My #1 Guilty Pleasure of all is thankfully on Blu-Ray:

Flash Gordon (1980).

Yes, its got cheesy sets and dialogue, the spaceships look like yogurt cartons with fins and the color palette is harsh, but nostalgia is a powerful thing. I saw this movie at the cinema as a kid and read the novelization, perhaps more than any other movie this takes me back to those childhood days.

Besides who can resist a movie with Timothy Dalton, Brian Blessed and Max Von Sydow really hamming it up.

Wolverine. I honestly didn't think it was that bad of a flick but apparently I am the only one. G.I. Joe didn't think this one was that bad either.

I wouldn't describe any movie I own as a 'guilty pleasure' no matter how unpopular it may be. I like what I like. Why should I feel guilty about it?
