Alright guys since most of the responses im getting allude to a Free season for fantasy Season 1 thats what were going to do. Free season.


If i do this next year it WILL be a pay to play league. I would normally make ti one but i think the interest in the league will be fine since were all playing madden and all are pretty tight in the Madden forums in general.

I will see if DON still wants to play if its free to play.


How does Saturday 7:00 PM EST Sound for everyone as a draft Time???
I Can make it later or i Can make it earlier just let me know.

The time is tentative 7:30 EST Sunday night. I will send a LeagueWide email to everyone letting them know.

Since we've decided to play for free, which might i add can change anytime throughout the season() by a change in vote, i have decided to play with IDP.

Instead of the useless DTeams and Kickers, we will draft individual Defensive players for your team. Any 5 D players you will be able to add to your team. suh, jon beason, patrick willis, and even clay matthews. Points vary from INT all the way to force fumbles. I will post some of the latest Fantasy Guides on Every position, as well as IDP to help new comers to that format. If i get a majority vote against that I will do away with it, but most i spoke with didnt mind the gamechange.

If you have any questions feel free to shoot me a PM, or post it here for open discussion.

I dont see why we cant do D teams and individual players

I play in a league that plays 3 d teams and 5 d players. its fun as Hll.

A game that got me into the playoffs was on a monday night game wk 15 in a head 2 head league I had Chad Greenway as my only active player in the game and my opponent had the Vikes D. I stayed up till 1am hoping the Bears didnt give up any more special teams yards. If they would have given up 10 more yards I would have lost. They wound up running the ball on 4th down and I won Playoffs were week 16-17

This way if your offensive guys have crap days you still have a chance to win. Just a though.

Okay so what it looks like(which to me is freaking ridiculous) We can;t have that time slot on Sunday.

So were down to 2 Options:

Switch to a Time frame on the weekdays before thursday

or.....

Switch over to NFL fantasy and have ti so it can be seen on our madden games?

:-( i just made the new league on there are you sure? That sucks the best times to draft with the yahoo is 3:00 PM EST On Sunday or Monday Holiday.

I'm going to send out the Pm's if majority can make it 2:45 PM on sunday I can make it.
