Arrested Development is one of those shows that you catch something new every time you watch it.

I used to love 30 Rock back then, but these later seasons weren't actually as good as the early ones were, unsatisfying and unfunny, unlike season two for example. Though, Will Arnett's appearance was totally worth it! ^^

AD needs to be released on Blu-ray, I've seen screens of the series in HD and looked brilliant, so after seeing it, I lost interest on the DVD version.

Always been meaning to get more into this one...i've caught the odd episode here and there, always enjoyed it but didnt feel compelled to catch every episode.

For my money the best TV series on DVD/Blu-ray are The Sopranos, The Wire and Mad Men.

You should really check it out from the beginning. It didn't take them too long to give up trying to get new fans, so it becomes very rewarding to longtime viewers with a lot of great recurring jokes.

Oh, and the best TV series on DVD is hands down Twin Peaks

Apologies for reviving this dead thread, but I thought it would be better than creating a completely new thread.

Is there any word on a release date for Season 4?

I understand that it's unfortunately an Amazon On Demand release. But I suppose that's as official as we're going to get. And I've held off on watching it until a DVD release. It's been stuck in the pre-order without a date phase for a long, long time now. And I'm growing impatient. I know that it's already been out in Europe for over a month now. And someone listed it as (I believe) a June 17 US release date on this site, but has since been taken down as it that information turned out to be incorrect.

Sorry for the long post. Hope someone knows something about this release.
