Does the 4 pack have a better transfer of the first film ?

Nope. Without seeing the transfer on the regular individual release of the first film, it looks the same.

My guess is part 2 does not have a HD transfer. I say this because I picked up the 5 movie DVD set and part 2 is the same old non-anamorphic transfer like the first DVD release. Again just a guess.

I'm sure there is an HD master for Hellraiser 3 as Paramount released a 16x9 transfer on DVD. The other 2 don't seem to have HD masters yet, just old video masters.

Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth is out in Germany and Japan and if it's out yet there, also in Austria. Not sure about the Japanese release, but the German is censored. Austrian release is supposedly the full cut, but most likely Region B locked. And as for Children of the Corn 2 and Prophecy 2, there's nothing yet.

I have the pack with 4 films on 1 disk. Just watched Prophecy #1 and OMG the video is awful!

Love to know if the file is exactly the same as the individual disk or if it is compressed a bit further.

noticed that for the dvd sets for Due South Seasons 1 2 and um 3? didn't know there was a 3. $5 each. which on dvd... considering the original release is crazy. Prefer these. Crappy cases as usual. Like say the Hitler ones which all the disks are in envelopes X_X zzzzz... But bought this one figured Prophecy 2 would be on it. Nope. What a rip off. even at $9.99 at best buy. Now I know why I buy online..

Ha! I knew it. I was thinking that in the thread for The Prophecy. Why they would do this is beyond me. I guess that means we'll get a stand alone release of Prophecy 2 one of these days then.

Why? Because EB is too cheap and won't spend any more money than they have too for better quality.

Wait part 2 is stand alone? So then is the combo disc with 1 and 2 a 2 disc? Why make part 2 the stand alone?

The combo with 1 & 2 is a single disc. I bought that initially but then I heard about this set. They had already made a 4 film pack that came out some time ago, so they just used that for parts 1, 3, 4, & 5 and just pressed a new disc for part 2.
