That's if you assume all those stories about how the footage was destroyed, how Geffen had the only copy, etc etc were actually true. At the very least, surely they'd have had the transfer the original DVD was mastered from, wouldn't they?

I watched this years ago, I think in a music lesson in year 7. From what I recall it wasn't too bad, I'd like to see a review.

Feel it is my duty to provide the updates for this thread!

Available to pre-order from Amazon for £12.71.

However, there is no reference to it being the Director's Cut...

Looking at the BBFC site it appears that the "director's cut" ending will be an extra but not part of the film: http://www.bbfc.co.uk/releases/littl...frank-oz-video

On the US disc the director's cut ending is available to view separately (one of the options under "Special Features") as well as a branched main feature alongside the theatrical cut so no reason to believe the UK disc is any different and I doubt it will be.

I agree, the German disc is the same and I can't see why the uk version will be any different but it is notable by its absence:

I wouldn't rely too heavily on temp artwork. The release is still a month away.

If it helps anyone...I received a copy of Little Shop of Horrors recently from ebay, it IS the Director's Cut, it says so where the one above says Theatrical. Other than this though, the cover art's the same. So even though this title has been repackaged, the Director's cut is available.

Is this edition region free?

Also, as a side question does it have disc art?

Thanks in advance!

I hate to keep asking so much about the same Blu-ray, but does this edition (pictured below) have all the same bonus features as the US Digibook?

Specifically, does it have the Commentary with Director Frank Oz (theatrical cut only)?

Thanks in advance!

Thank you, but I wonder why it doesn't list "Commentary with Director Frank Oz (theatrical cut only)" on the back? They must have simply forgotten too!
