The movie's audio is 5.1 DTS-HD 5.1, with only English SDH and Spanish subs.
How did you get it so early?

Video quality is about 4.5/5. It was nice to be able to see what I was watching since the 3D presentation was like watching the film with sunglasses on. There are still many scenes where it seemed to dark or the contrast was off, but it's crisp, clear, sharp, and awesome looking during lighter scenes!
wow ! has the bluray released ?

I live in NYC. Smaller video stores break release date schedules so that they can compete against big stores like Best Buy.

I'm down for it, the 2d version. I haven't really monitored pricing yet but hopefully it will be good for release day.

Thought sure there would be more chatter about this release. No fans here?

Thats the 2D version right? Curious as to how the 3D looks. I dont mind 3D movies being a little darker as long as the sense of depth is applied well enough.

I was also surprised how much I liked this. I was totally prepared for another cheesy S&S film but they took a very interesting approach to the mythology. I'll be getting the 2D when I find the right price.

Never seen the movie however I want to see it. I was watching 300 and then Sucker Punch over the weekend and the PQ on them got me pumped for Immortals.

This was one of the worst I've seen in a while. Had to struggle just to finish it over a couple sittings. Totally forgettable characters, meh action, horrible pacing, little payoff. What a dud.

I was considering this because I love Henry Cavill, but I certainly won't pay more than $20, and with all the negative feedback, I'll probably just rent.

Yeah and they had Deer Hunter and Monty Python up on Wednesday. Strange. But I havent seen a review anywhere else either so maybe nobody has it other than Blu-ray Fanatic in NYC..lol. bluray.com should go to that store so we can see reviews 2 weeks in advance. But then again they would have to buy them and I am sure they get them for free for the site.

I guess there is no Director's or Extended Cut of this film on the disc? I'm honestly a bit surprised: the theatrical version seem unfinished and after watching it I thought "surely there is another cut that plugs in these gaping plot holes".

So I was browsing the steelbook forum and saw alot of people cancel their amazon.uk steelbook orders because 18secs were cut out of the film to acheive a "15" rating to appeal to a wider audience because of violent scenes. If 18secs were cut out for the UK market, does that mean it is the same in the US? Is the 2D version uncut or reg cut,
