It's like they've tattooed the Universal symbol onto a guy's penis and paid him to go up to everyone in the audience, slapped them in the face with it a good five or six time and screamed manically until their eyes pop out of their sockets and their ears drop of off their heads.

I like it BUT not with the whole "100 years" thing under it. Remove that and i think its a suitable update for the more modern look BUT i didn't find anything wrong with the previous logo that its replacing.
