Just my Blus, directors with over three. If my DVDs were counted Kevin Smith, Paul Thomas Anderson, Sam Mendes and Darren Aronofsky would be up there.

Scorsese - 8
Kubrick - 6
Tarantino - 4
Fincher - 4

Who feels like they have too many from a genre filmmaker. I have 5 by Tony Scott, 3 by verhoeven, and yes I like Soderbergh alot, but I have 11 by him. Only tied by Kubrick(obviously not on same level)

A quick scan of my shelf and it appears to be Martin Scorsese and Alfred Hitchcock with 7 each:

Taxi Driver (1976)
Raging Bull (1980)
Goodfellas (1990)
Casino (1995)
The Departed (2006)
Shine a Light (2007)
Shutter Island (2010)

The Lady Vanishes (1938)
Rebecca (1940)
Spellbound (1945)
Notorious (1946)
To Catch a Thief (1955)
North by Northwest (1959)
Psycho (1960)

Edit: Scorsese and Hitchcock are oddly tied with Robert Rodriguez, also with 7:

El Mariachi (1993)
Desperado (1995)
From Dusk til Dawn (1996)
Once Upon a Time in Mexico (2003)
Sin City (2005)
Planet Terror (part of Grindhouse) (2007)
Machete (2010)

I got:

13 from Steven Spielberg
12 from Tim Burton
11 from Stanley Kubrick (or 12 if you count "Killer's Kiss" on the "Killing" BD)
10 from Robert Zemeckis
9 from Akira Kurosawa
9 from Uwe Boll
9 from John Carpenter
9 from Ridley Scott
8 from Tony Scott
8 from Alfred Hitchcock
8 from Michael Bay
8 from Peter Jackson
8 from Robert Rodriguez
7 from James Cameron (favorite director)
7 from Paul WS Anderson
7 from Quentin Tarantino
7 from Martin Scorsese
6 from Hayao Miyazaki
5 from Guillermo Del Toro
5 from Darren Aronofsky
5 from Christopher Nolan

There are other directors I collect from, but these dudes seem to come up the most often. I might be off on some of these counts.

Killer's Kiss definitely counts! Good on you for having all 12 of his feature films, I'm almost there. The problems are 1) Paths of Glory Criterion is expensive, 2) I'm waiting until this year's anniversary edition for Lolita, and 3) Spartacus has a bad transfer and I'm holding out in hopes that Criterion updates their DVD release to Blu.
