Just got the auto reply so far to my emails to HMV head office and web customer service on the crap packaging.

I told them it is costing them money as left my 20% off orders with HMV but moved £200 of big boxset / Steelbook orders to Amazon (Hithcock set, Indy LE, etc) as they can properly package. Would prefer HMV as they ship early.

Hate to think what condition the Bond book BD sets will arrive in if just put in plastic bags like my Steelbook. HMV really are idiots. I hope the Royal Mail refuse to refund for the damage as is their right as you need to have used appropriate packaging to claim. Is going to cost HMV rather a lot.

Royal Mail won't be refunding shit if they have any spies lurking on this here forum or catch wind of this fiasco.

HMV really have (as they say)... "Dropped a b*llock on this one".
