Ah ok - well, maybe in a few days IF you have time.

Might have to snag both there with the U/S Promo ($5 off w/DVD trade-in).

JIMI PLAYS BERKELEY & VOODOO CHILD: Both are $16.99 (or $11.99 w/trade-in)

Judging from the fact that the gig was filmed with shitty 16 mm cameras, you shouldn't be disappointed.

A review of "Jimi Hendrix: Voodoo Child" has just been posted on the website. Waiting for Jimi Plays Berkeley.

Yea, saw that a little while ago - Decent marks for PQ (considering), but too bad it appears many (most?) of the Songs get interrupted by voice-over or scene changes.

I think I'll bite after reading the review. PQ isn't as critical to me as AQ. I'm a big fan of Jimi and shelling out $16.99 for a ticket to hear him play (over and over many many times) is well worth the admission price to my ears. I'll probably skip the Voodoo Child as I think its the same one that came with the West Coast Seattle Boy CD / DVD.

i'm pretty sure of this, too. think i may skip the Berkley show for now, i already have the CD & just got his Monterey performance as part of the "Complete Monterey" package from Criterion.
