Amazon does have them from time to time as well. If you order 2-3 at once the shipping isn't too bad. About $25 per disc shipped. |

I'm afraid it's 25 euros including delivery so it is very expensive. I'm going to wait and see if the disc turns up on the amazon marketplace.

If you buy 5 titles the shipping is still 10 euros, so with shipping, the per title cost is $23 USD. Almost like buying here for $20+tax. At least in CA it's almost 8% tax. Anyway, that's how I did it since there's 8-10 Allen titles there.

Unfortunately not that many Scandinavian stores that send outside their respective countries, but http://www.discshop.se does and it seems the prices are more normal there. You can for example get Hollywood Ending for 69 SEK right now. That's less than 10 USD.
Just be careful about the shipping. For people outside of Sweden they charge 100 SEK (about $14) for up to four products, but for five or more they suddenly charge 5 times as much. Never used them myself, but they might be the best place to order from if you live outside of Scandinavia. |

are the scandinavian bds all region free?
Japan also has bd releases of most of these same Woody Allen films, and, of course, they are region a. I can't believe Lionsgate hasn't released the Miramax Woody Allen titles yet. (oh wait--it's Lionsgate--I can believe it) ![]() |

I hope Crimes and Misdemeanors is part of MGM's next wave of Woody Allen blu-rays. I'd also like to see Match Point on blu, though I'm not sure who has the rights anymore (Paramount, Dreamworks, Warner Bros??!?).
Also, the first post lists Whatever Works as OOP, but Amazon currently has it in stock, with the familiar "more on the way" next to the # in stock. |

DVD The Woody Allen Collection 1 - Annie Hall (on Blu) - Bananas - Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex... - Interiors - Love and Death - Manhattan (on Blu) - Sleeper (on Blu) - Stardust Memories DVD The Woody Allen Collection 2 - Alice - Another Woman - Crimes and Misdemeanors - September - Shadows and Fog DVD The Woody Allen Collection 3 - Broadway Danny Rose - Hannah and Her Sisters (on Blu) - A Midsummer Night's Sex Comedy - The Purple Rose of Cairo - Radio Days - Zelig So we've got 4 out of 19 titles on Blu so far. Considering how slow MGM is putting these titles out onto Blu, I'm guessing it'll be quite a while before we get all 19 of these titles in one complete box set. |
