Pretty much the same for me. One of my favorite labels, used to rent & own a lot of their titles till I moved overseas. Since bluray is eating most of my funds I've only picked up the new Francos lately. Everyone here wants them to go blu-ray, but any hopes? If they don't have the resources, wish someone else would release some of their catalog on blu. Not sure if that kind of deal is a possibility.

These guys are great. I have quite a few of their DVDs and hope to see them release BDs soon! On a side note: Does anyone know where I can find the same red dvd cases they use? I can't find any markings to indicate who the manufacturer of the cases is... I need some replacements, but I would really like for them to be the exact same color/build. Anyone have any insight? Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

When I received 2 of their DVDs with broken cases, I searched on eBay and found several boxes in UK.
They ship internationally so you might want to try and check eBay UK maybe.
It was not that long ago. I ordered them last year and they had plenty.

No specifics were listed, but someone on the Mondo page did say that some of their backlog may come to blu. Depending on sales, and print condition.

I see pro-B updated the DVD page to omit OOP titles. MM didn't specify which OOP titles were for copyright loss and which for lack of sales or other reasons. More info would help in guessing what titles could be picked up by another label, or more unlikely, be re-released by MM as blu-rays. Have they really given hints of back-catalogue blu-rays?

I believe the "deleted scenes" were just incorporated back into the film. Or rather, we had access to original negatives, which contained the longest version known to exist.

The MM preview business is a problem. Did you try it on a different system?

Hmmmm, I wonder if anyone else has had the same issue?

Sadly, I can't check my copy, as I haven't gotten it yet!

I tried it on my Sony player and "Mondo intro" (before the menu screen shows up) is video noise as well.

I can't speak about the disc and the movie as I still have to buy it (don't have the money right now) but I'm looking forward to, as Mondo Macabro is one of my preferred independant label out there. I have all their DVD releases since day one, and I love most of them!

Hope we will know more about their next releases soon!
