Shame the bonus disc is a DVD. Would have been nice if they could have just thrown it n the BD.

I think Manga are trying to sort something out with regards to that at the moment. So fingers crossed for the not-too-distant future.

I'm sure I had a tweet from them many months ago saying why it was dropped I just can't remember it. I really do hope it's still a work in progress and they haven't given up completely. So yeah, fingers crossed.

5cm was supposed to come out at one point (like Haruhi) and then they cancelled it right? What happened there?

It probabably had something to do with distribution rights. Or trying to work a deal with Madman in Aus. Seems like Manga try to piggy back BD releases by splitting the costs with them.

Don't think they will actually be that thick though. Aren't they only 2 disc sets? Also noticed the spines the wrong way.

That actually looks really nice. But yeah I doubt they'll turn out that thick. Speaking of which, there has to be compression issues if an entire season plus extras is only on 2 discs right?

Also, I think Kaze is a French company where it's normal the spine is reversed.

Yeah thats what I figured seems that the art for the German one etc is the same. I can't seem to find an actual real life image of the set though. But the French and German releases are also listed as 2 discs

I have no idea what Code Geass is, but that character on the front looks very Blazblue.

My point is, that it reminded me very much of Blazblue. Also that Blazblue should've been made into an anime long before things like Persona.

I just think with Children Who Chase Lost Voices being released, there's a good chance 5/cm will be out hopefully either next year or the year after.
