Not working for me.
![]() 1. Click on "disc to digital" 2. Insert disc and click "start" This is the message I get. I have no idea what they are talking about. I only have 1 drive. Disc To Digital can only scan one disc at a time. Please remove a disc from one of your drives and try again. |

Downloaded the app on my laptop and it work great. I am not sure if there is a maximum number that you can do D2D, but it only allowed me 25. I hope that it is not 25 max forever.

I tried Sybil (1976) which I was really excited about and is on the list, but I got the same message. Did 2 other dvd's and they worked fine. (Got them in HD & showed up immediately on Vudu)

Stupid Xbox 360 CinemaNow app STILL won't let me play the movies I bought.
Says "Play Unavailable" and keeps playing my Ultraviolet account for not being active... which it clearly is since I have access to my movies. I've logged in and out numerous times since last night and have unlinked/relinked, deactivated/reactivated my stuff as well. The only reason I'd use it is because one of the movies I upgraded to HD from a DVD shows up in SD on Vudu and HD in CinemaNow for some reason. |

I feel ya I am talking to Claudia and she has no clue what so ever!
My answer after waiting for 30 mins Customer: did no one tell you you have disc to digital service now? Claudia: Yes, but its a very new thing and we are still learning about it. I've had horrible luck with their online and phone agents pretty much everything goes to their second level support. All the 1st level agents know is very basic stuff like.
While this may sound far fetched, these are real examples of the statements made by their support. Many of these statements are repeats which leads me to believe their support has zero technical knowledge are are just reading from a script. |

For now. The image on their main page says "limited participation" beta. I'm guessing that's the limit until it's out of beta or until they change their minds.
