Its back up. So far, on Madden 13, I get "We're sorry but you are not permitted to register an online pass which is required to access all online features."

Wouldn't be the first time Sony screwed up an update so you couldn't play Madden.

Looks like the PSN is up but the store isn't so any game with an online pass won't work. ETA to be totally up is 5am est.

That must be why Assassins Creed III and Need for Speed: Most Wanted (both digital releases) won't load up because it says the "copyright protection information is invalid".

Also Far Cry 3 wasn't loading up because it couldn't contact the Ubisoft server.

I really despise these games requiring an internet connection to even play or load up the game.

I never had any trouble logging in to my U.S. PSN account. My Japanese account however I can't log in at all. Accessing the PSN Store on my U.S. account during this Maintainence makes my PS3 freeze-up.

As for Online games, well this is why Single Player games will always beat games with Online.

I've been able to play online just not get into the Store, or transfer games over to my Vita.

Thank you, Mr M, greatly appreciated. Some Mass Effect 3 this afternoon with friends i think. Btw, i hope you don't need to drive anywhere, i heard that it's still pretty bad in Wales with the snow. I have 2 Mini's (BMW and original) and they ain't goin' anywhere!

My mom had a Mini when I was a kid. I remember the Mini had a push button horn on the dash. Not many of those in Florida. And my dad had an Austin America. They would buy these less expensive imports that were really good on gas. We even had Fiats at one time!

I went on the PSN Store at about 5 AM (2 hours ago) on my Japanese account. Worked fine. Went to my U.S. account, worked fine for a little while and then got an Error Code which froze my PS3.

You're right it's a nightmare down here

I walked to work yesterday, I highly recomend Magnum boots, it's the first time I've had the chance to wear them in the snow and my feet were roasty warm!

Luckily I'm off until monday.

Could have had Toyotas or Hondas for the same reason. Your mom and dad just liked to have uncommon cars. That's okay, too. I laugh at the Minis and Bugs up here. There is even a Smart car in the lot at work. My F-150 is awesome in the snow.
