I think Nicolas Cage gets too much hate. Sure, his acting was hammy, but the blame goes on the writers & director for making the first film having campy moments that were vomit inducing.

Ghost Rider is a dark character that needs to stay that way much like The Punisher.

Sony should just let Ghost Rider revert back to Marvel so they can do the character justice.
This.

lol what is this nonsense.

Directors. It was the two guys who did Crank.

I don't think his Ultimate Action Trilogy (3 of the best action films ever) has anything to do with his current situation. He made great movies up through 2005. It's only the following year, when The Wicker Man was released, that the downward spiral truly began. Sure, there are a few gems since then (Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call - New Orleans) but it's been mostly watching Nic pulling himself out of the financial hole he's in.

I know, I know…”holy thread resurrection!” What are Marvel’s plans for GR now? After GR2, and AOS, I think it’s time for the Rider to return. He’s too cool of a character to just sit on the sidelines.

We’re getting into wizards, alternate realities and witches in the MCU; it’s a good time to see the Rider again

Midnight Suns. I think Moon Knight is going to kick it off.

I'm thinking they should use Danny Ketch. Rock the '90s version of GR.

"Ghost Rider" (2007) was a fascinating movie, despite its mediocre budget. It was a great origin movie, and had some memorable scene, especially in the first half.

"Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance" (2012) was more fantasy-oriented and horror, and dwelled further on the mythology. The visuals of the final fight were stunning.

I loved both the movies. They were hits, even.

Im still amazed that despite significantly smaller budget, GR looked WAY better in GR2 than the original.

I was also surprised how decent GR looked on AOS tv budget, lol

Hahah yes, you're spot-on in both the observations. You're right.

Yeah I heard rumors Marvel is going to do something live-action with Midnight Sun. One big problem though, Ghost Rider's skull design might changed. Y'all may be thinking, well it's just a rumor. No, there is some truth to it. China actually finds anything that has to do with ghost or the dead imagery in entertainment to be taboo. This is why Taskmaster was changed in Black Widow.

Well, yes China. Deadly lab-manifactured viruses are better than skull imaginery!
