I understand where you're coming from but I guess OP just panicked and wanted to share this news with everyone as fast as possible. It might have only been a limited time offer thing, after all.

But I agree that, if people did this for everything, it'd just be chaos. It'll probably be merged soon.

Great heads up, cancelled the SB and gone for the £10 deal saving £9 . Adding Jack Reacher and saving another £5, means I'll pop into Sainsburys tomorrow and grab End of Watch £12.99 but thanks to this deal, Tesco have paid for it

Yup, hotukdeals.com has it as expired, it was too good an offer to last very long.

It was a great price, but unfortunately, like most great deals, some twats have to ruin it by buying a shitload of copies to flog on eBay.

I imagine they did, but the deal probably wasn't for an unlimited time anyway. It was, no doubt, stopped earlier than it would've been because scalpers bought loads, though.

If that's the case then I am really annoyed. I know it goes on a lot much to most people's annoyance, but I've only ever seen it with steelbooks. This is a regular amaray, it's not collectable or special so why do people need more than one copy? Why would people not use the offer to get something else?

I know full well why, to screw people over by selling it at a higher price, **** sake.

They probably had a limited amount of stock that they wanted to sell at that specific pre-order price.

It's still quiet a few months away, so there'll be other offers that will appear, I'd imagine.

I hope so and I imagine it won't be too long until it's under £10 after it's released but yeah.

I think it was a lost leader to get people to sign up. It worth checking Tesco, they do have some good bargains. As I posted, I saw this offer last Friday, I thought it was a mistake & the site wouldn't let you pre-order it, so I ordered it at the speed of light when I saw it on Sunday. On Friday I bought the first two Tim Burton Batman films for £5.42 each & they arrived on Monday, so delivery not bad.
