hopefully they wont use the same dvd cover art for Action Jackson, Sharon Stone IS NOT the main star of that film, that's an insult to Carl Weathers (and Vanity for that matter)

The only thing that I remember about Passenger 57 is that Elizabeth Hurley stars in the movie! This was the first time that I had ever seen her in a movie role.

She plays a beautiful stewardess who

The cover art on the DVD, is the artwork on the original theatrical poster. Beside, Carl Weathers hasn't been an A-List, leading man for years, and Denise Matthews (formerly known as: Vanity) has retired from the music, and movie industry for the past 16 years. I want that movie as well, but this will probably never get released by Disney or any other studio in the US.

Can only hope for an import at this point.

Back on topic, will def be picking up both of these, love me some 80's action movies!

Craig T. Nelson is a truly great, slimy bad guy... but a menacing karate master, he is NOT. lmao So hilarious to see them try to make him out to be this huge karate badass. The movie really needed a better henchman to support Nelson.

Gotta love the supporting cast... Thomas F. Wilson (Back to the Future)... Bill Duke (Commando, Predator)... Robert Davi (Die Hard)... Sonny Landham (Predator)... Dennis Hayden (the Huey Lewis-looking baddie from Die Hard)... Al Leong (Die Hard)...

Totally forgot Vanity was in Action Jackson. Haven't seen it for probably 15+ years. I always remember her in Berry Gordy's The Last Dragon. Now why isn't that on blu-ray?!

yes it is. It was a direct to video movie back in the day of VHS....

It tried so hard to be like Action Jackson but was a total turd.
