Yes but BuckNaked2k insinuated that Best Buy would release this as a Viva for $7.50 which is impossible now that Viva packaging is banned from being produced.

I fully understand that Viva can no longer sell their cases in North America, but why do you think they were sued by SteelBook in the first place? SteelBook wanted to protect their patents and eliminate the competition. SteelBook is now the obvious choice to approach Best Buy to land the contract for the next wave of Disney collectible cases.
