Funny thing is that, in some cases, the mock-ups are actually better than the real thing. So yeah, they should hire creative guys like that!

Yeah it does. I would prefer that over my HMV one.

I still say the original will still be sexier.
Not that I'm getting this anyway, since I already have all of Phase 1 in sexy steelbooks, and one great looking Viva Metalpak.

I was unsure about the steelbook when it originally came out, and so didn't buy it. I'm not sure why, but I do regret it. The same for Thor

To get the chance to get a steelbook release, even with different artwork would be fantastic. I don't want to pay over £100 for one, but then again, I would not want to buy an amaray copy knowing that a steelbook version is available. To be able to get a steelbook version for around £15 would make me happy

I would actually be really happy with that artwork. On the original, it was his shield on the front and him on the back in a different pose. This is pretty strong and looks equally as good as the original.

That other Thor mock up somebody did doesn't have a patch on this. That looked a bit over cluttered where that above stays nice and classy.

Well, it seems it may have spooked 1 or 2 hoarders on eBay. Somebody has just put 9 Portugese editions up for grabs....

Wow, I need to keep my eyes on this as Cap is the only Marvel Universe I don't have in Steelbook.

That might be me
And i am not scared. I just got them yesterday.
From a friend, that know a distributor (where lost in a warehouse)
I dont mind at all of this new releases (thats where i got my ironmans from) as they are good for the community and many time good for rising the first edition price.
For example The IM FS's value is higher now than when the plays one were released, even with more quantaty available.
i guess everyone should be happy

Looks like a really good time to grab a Captain America - several going for only $60. That's a great deal for one of the originals.

that's a manageable price considering the German editions went for $45.

makes me laugh, all the scalpers are listing their steelbooks on ebay as they're afraid the value will drop from the new zavvi steelbooks

I think these new ones would look cool with a comic book style artwork...
