blu-ray player/PS3 problem ?? - Page 2 - Blu-ray Forum

Yeah, latest firmware installed. Plays other discs fine w or w/o Internet enabled....just these Universal discs are problems.

do you have any external storage devises attached to it? a quick search for "ps3 and universal blu rays" resulted in a few posts saying that removal of external storage devices solves the issue.

Thanks for the ideas, but unfortunately I am really boring. Just the PS3 with HDMI/ Ethernet connected to my amplifier/ router.

I have this EXACT same problem.... The OFFICE (season 8) bluray/DVD flipper discs do not work on my ps3 but DO work on my other standard bluray players...lame!
