You don't need to go into quote to see the video. The weird symbols is because of the title being in Japanese and not English. You just click on the video and watch it in the thread without having to go into Youtube.

It works perfect for me on my PS3 Internet Browser which I use for the internet since it's all I got besides a PSP which is even worse than PS3's if that's even possible.
