Barnes and Noble usually has a 50% off Criterion sale in July and in November. Just watch the Deals forum and you'll see the exact dates once determined.

Each release will come with a blu-ray and a DVD of the film.

Since it's coming out Nov 26, it's not clear that it'll be included in the November B&N sale. On the other hand, B&N extended their August sale a week, so we can only hope. I couldn't even think about getting this without a B&N sale.

Ok I am new to this. So if they put 2 on a blu ray does that mean also 2 per dvd?

Will that affect the quality or be a wait and see?

I'm not so sure the B&N sale will overlap this time around. Seems like a lot of money to be lost on a $225 set.

It may be missing #26 but having #14 is a major coup. I never finished getting all the US DVD's as some started to go OOP and fetch ridiculous money. Only had some of the HVE along with all the Animeigo ones so I'm very happy. Having said that, it's probably going to take an age before I can actually afford to import it!

I know right. Basically $4-$6 per movie (depending on the preorder price)

I'm right there with you. I missed the DVDs of these, but I'm kind of glad I did with this coming out.

It's a 27 disc set. Most likely there will be at least 2 movies per BD
