Sure Bale, but when batman wasn't knockin heads around and had to investigate and deduce stuff, adam west performed quite strongly

1. Adam West : You have to see it from my point of view, he was my Batman of my childhood days. Yes it was cheesy like nothing else but to this day he remain's my best one. I also got to meet him and he was such a nice man, talking to me even a bit in French. Adam West will always be Batman for me.

2. Val Kilmer : I know not a popular choice but I really like Kilmer in the 80's and 90's and I think he did a great job doing Batman, good Bruce Wayne and perfect fit in the costume.

3. Michael Keaton : He wasn't bad but I always had a harder time accepting him in the costume. Doing Bruce Wayne he was perfect but in the costume it was just a harder selling job for me.

4. Christian Bale : I like him as an actor but I never liked him as Batman and also did not enjoy the Nolan trilogy.

5. George Clooney : I don't dislike the movie like so many others but Clooney was a bad choice, he did not even try. He was just himself in a costume.

I gotta go with the mass majority, Keaton and Bale. Really would have loved for WB to bring Keaton back and kind of tie the older films in the the upcoming ones.

Keaton, was the better Batman
Bale, was the much better Bruce Wayne.

I think Batman, is harder to get right. I preferred Keaton of the two. Even though, Nolan's movie are 10x better than Burton's or any comic book movies, really.

Maybe it's just because I grew up with Christopher Nolan's films and I am too young to appreciate the ones that came before him but I really can't see anybody else as Bruce Wayne/Batman. Christian Bale was perfect.

Michael Keaton is damn good, Kilmer decent, West is West, and Clooney nevermind.

Affleck has potential to be the third best Batman. I think Keaton and Christian Bale are interchangeably the best Batman actors.
