Essential Blu-ray's to Own

Putting aside my love for classics, I like to think of discs that really show off hi-def picture and sound.

These are all great examples:
Star Wars episode III
Star Trek Into Darkness
Avengers
Spiderman 2
Oblivion
Skyfall
Prometheus
MI 4
True Grit
Rango

I'd only include ones with worthwhile top PQ/AQ and overall quality releases. I'd love to includes movies like The Matrix and Batman Begins on this sort of list but the transfers aren't up to par for the format's potential.

Off the top of my head, though:

King Kong (Jackson)
Minority Report
Tron/Tron: Legacy
Spider-Man 1/2 4K
Lord of the Rings: Extended Edition Trilogy

Plenty of others, but I'd have to look over my collection and general releases more.
