I like it. I very curious to see what this and Spinal Tap look like.

I am hoping the real artwork is something similar.

I like it but I'm against it being uploaded to the database. Even with "TBC" on it - people don't know that it's a custom design by a user, they're going to assume it's from an official source (especially when it's done so well). I'm not having a go at you personally, I just feel it's very misleading and unhelpful.

I see your point, but I personally prefer a placeholder image over no image at all. Thanks for the compliment though.

You're welcome - it's because your work is so good that I see it as a problem! If it was more obviously user-created then people wouldn't assume it was the real deal

Ooh, it's not too shabby! Like it!

Was just wondering if this release was even still happening anymore. It's been on "notify me" status on Amazon for months. In fact, I'm wondering if it was meant to be a zavvi exclusive and Amazon listed it by mistake and removed it. If so, Amazon will probably cancel it later on.

The Amazon price was £17.20 when I ordered it, which is still too high to be honest, but it doesn't seem like this is even getting a standard amaray release over here. So if it's the only option I'll have to stick with it. I'm pretty sure the US release is region locked. (Heard it both ways.)

Hmmm. The fonts they used for the title are not the originals. Pretty crappy IMO.

I've always wondered why this artwork shows Bill, Ted and the booth in space, since it's only a time machine, and not a spaceship.

(Not quite the TARDIS, but close, lol. )

Why did they remove Carlin from the cover?

It's back up for order at Amazon now for the same price for anybody that missed it.
As I said before, still weird that this doesn't seem to be getting an amaray release over here.

It's quite a naff steel IMO. Wrong font and colour, no wild stallyns on the back and the inside art would have looked better if they showed the school stage with the people collected or at least showed Rufus who seems to be left out

Shame. Wish there was an amaray so I could cancel this order

The US release of Bill And Ted's Excellent Adventure is not region locked (at least certainly not to region A only). I have it, and can confirm it plays fine on my region B UK PS3, despite it having a region A logo on the back cover. Mine came in one of those cheapy slim-with-bits-cut-out plastic cases.

Taken a few minutes ago…

I like the steelbook, but not enough to double-dip unless it ends up cheap.

will this contain new special features?

it's a 25th Anniversary release, while the US one isn't.

it would be nice if this had new interviews with the cast and stuff.

I have the region A release, won't double dip if it's the same disc.
