Looks like this will be another cross gen title if Amazon UK is anything to go by .

This cross gen stuff needs to stop. It's only hurting games that could be so much better if they weren't held back like Watch_Dogs.

That looks pretty cool. Though I'm sure that's not actual "in game" game play. So I'll await what that will look like.

It's going to be hard to resist buying it when it first comes out, but I'm going to try to hold off since with many of their games (the last MK, the Batman Arkham games, and Injustice), WB tends to release some kind of updated edition with the dlc on the disc later on (in other words the version that should have been released in the first place).

If I do "cave," I'll at least try to avoid buying any dlc to get the updated version later.

The 1:07 xray was pretty badass--way better than the MK9 black/white xrays. I just hope that the game continues on with MK9's awesomeness, and that NR hires some artists that know how to draw women, not overly muscular amazons dressed in skank outfits.

To be honest, I don't know what I think of the cross gen idea. One side of me is happy that they would continue supporting PS3/360 in 2015, the other part of me is hoping that doesn't hold the PS4/Xbone game back in any way, which even if they claim doesn't, most likely will.

The only good cross gen is no cross gen IMO.

2nd best thing would be another team doing the 360/ps3 ports like they are doing for COD, AC and Forza Horizon 2.

The press release implies that there's a heavy emphasis on next-gen, so hopefully that implies that PS4/Xbone will be the priority, and THEN cut corners to make the PS3/X360 ports. It makes more sense to start with a square and then make a circle, rather than start with a circle and try to make a square.

I'm stoked. And like other people said, I hope it's being made as a next gen game only. I really liked mk9, and hope mk10 is very similar. I did feel that MK9 was a little slow and bogged down in it's movement. I'm a lot better at mk2's faster movements, but that's just me. Plus, I could never learn the combos. That aside, I loved mk9 and hope this new game is a revised and better extension of the last game.

Actually it would be much easier to make a square out of a circle then a circle out of a square but yeah it should have all focus on the next gen systems first.
