Can anyone tell me who's on the commentaries? I read that the cast commentary only has Pegg, Frost and Considine. Be a shame if they couldn't at least get the full Five Musketeers.

Argee with above
1. Hot Fuzz
2. Shaun of the Dead
3. The World's End
For me TWE doesn't have the same rewatchability factor that HF or even SD has. I had high expectations but didn't come away with the same feeling as the others. (I didn't really like Pegg's character either) Maybe with more watches it will grow on me.

I have now seen TWE 4 times. Probably my fav from the trilogy.

.
How that work as I'm not a Zombie/Romero fan at all but still fond SOTD funny as hell

I was hypothesising that SOTD might be funnier had I seen the Romero zombie films it's paying homage to.

Wouldn't make any difference. But you'd recognise some music.

Yeah I get that but think your point was kind of invalid and used myself as a counter arguement: don't see being a Romero/Zombie fan having much impact.

Just my POV mind

Exactly, a few 'tips of the hat' but nothing that would really enhance the enjoyment of the movie if at all

Well then I really don't understand the mass love in the movie has then, sure it's funny, but it's just not as funny as people go on about. People talk about it being the horror comedy to end all horror comedies, if that's the case, the entire genre need to either retire or give itself a massive boot up the arse...

The horror comedy to end all horror comedies? An American Werewolf In London would take some beating. SOTD is way behind imo.

That's a bit harsh, then again I find myself laughing more and more each time I watch it. Same with The Worlds End.
