That receiver for the Onkyo HTiB does have zone 2, the powered terminals next to the center speaker in the below picture. If you use those though, you lose 7.1 surround and only have 5.1. It does however have pre-outs for zone 2 as well next to the subwoofer pre out (purple). For that, you would still have 7.1 surround, but you would need an additional amplifier to power your zone 2 speakers.

Are the JBL ES80s any good frys has them for $144 a pop combine that with surrounds a center sub and I think I would be under 800. Are these speakers any good where do I go from here if I decide to get those?
Those speakers have now dropped to 144 on amazon I would not have to pay shipping everything I could pick up 2 bookshelfs a center and the 2 floor standings and a 12 inch sub for all just under 800 dollars would these be a good in investment I would also need a receiver pushing me over my budget but its something I would be will do. I will not be needing these or properly setting it up until I move. So are these worth it or should I wait for price drop on HTiB
Another question I have is will all these jbls match sounds and flow together good and make the sounds all go as one if I do pull the trigger

Would I need to buy surrounds or could I just use the JBLs I have now as surrounds or would these not flow together well for the synchronized sound people talk about

I've never heard those JBLs, and you'd be pretty hard pressed to find someone around here that has. From a google search they seem to be positively reviewed, here are a few links..

ES80 vs Monitor 70

ES80s

Infinity vs JBLs

Beings these are the all the es series would the all have that matching sound? One of the link sai they would match

Also after reading one of them I would need a powerful enough receiver to powers wouldn't I would this cost a bucnh? Which has me worried that now I will brake bank on a receiver. So could anyone point me in the direction of a receiver with minimal to 0 pass through lag and that would be able to power these guys. For 500 or less dollars

Yes the ES center would match the ES towers.

I saw that review when I linked it to you and you have to keep in mind that is just one person's opinion and your opinion might be different. You could hook up those JBL's to your current receiver (don't recall what you have) and they could sound fine to you even though the might sound better with more power to them. You could probably get a decent denon or onkyo receiver for under $300 that will power those sufficently.

From what I've previously read on receiver input lag, what it adds, if anything will be negligible. Your TV's video processing is where you will find any noticable lag introduced. I've never noticed anything when running my systems through receivers for gaming.

My current tv 47ld650 has an input lag of about .032sec which is really good I wouldn't mind if the receiver added .010 to .020sec because I don't play as competively any more but trust me my receiver now is a relic (sony str-de425) so I would want to upgrade
