I don't believe this has even been released on blu yet has it?... if it has I totally missed it and would have already bought it if I knew it was out... I do commend arrow for releasing steels that haven't already been released in other countries numerous times and they usually do a pretty good job on the transfers and extras

This is awesome! I absolutely love this movie. I watched it with my Dad numerous times growing up. This one and Planes, Traines, and Automobiles are classics!!

Nope, Except it took 2 weeks to arrive and it should have took only 1 week. Amazon.co.uk movie orders are to my place in exactly 1 week after dispatch. Arrow's should too.

Funny this was just announced, I received my BD copy of Hell Comes To Frogtown yesterday from Arrow and it had a card inside with poster artwork of The Burbs, Advertising it was coming soon. Also, In the Arrow BD of Hellgate, It had a card inside advertising The Abominable Dr. Phibes. Can't wait for that!

How is the protection of the steelbook if you order direct from arrow? Is it a padded envelope or a box?

Awesome, I assume they charge PP right away which is why I wondered how Arrow was. I would hate to pre-order now and have an issue a few months down the road and have no course of action because too much time has passed.

Yes, They charge right away, Due to the only payment method they take is paypal. Don't worry, Arrow is a good company to buy from, I had no problems. You can fix any problems with an order within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

... I was just using The 'Burbs as an example. My point is, there seems to be no rhyme or reason (that I can tell) for how they choose what steelbooks to make. Like any business, their goal is to make profit. I just find it interesting that we still get quite a few old, classic, and obscure titles released in steelbook. Regardless, it's a good thing

I think the reason The 'burbs is being released this year is because its in iths 25th year. I hope they pack the Blu with loads of excellent features, maybe a commentary or two and maybe the rare alternative ending, which I have never seen
