I just looked this up on imdb and saw that the director was also responsible for Dumpster Baby. I remember actually enjoying that one when I saw it on Streaming Netflix years back. The only thing that really bugged me were the seriously low audio levels in some scenes. I remember thinking the director could potentially turn out something even more interesting in the future if he ironed out some of his technical shortcomings. Perhaps this is it. Just not sure if I wanna spend 25+ bucks on it.

Dumpster Baby was on Netflix?? Man, I've been dying to see that lately. I suppose I could just buy the DVD used. (Pretty sure it's OOP.)
It's on YouTube. Looks like garbage, but might be watchable. There are a few lines of dialog at the very beginning of Dear God No! that are very difficult to decipher, but aside from that one part, the dialog is perfectly legible. |

bigworld2012's store is no longer on eBay, it seems. F*** eBay.
Edit: lol, never mind, it's still there, but eBay can still suck my hairy teat. If the BD/VHS combo shows up again, it should be here: http://www.ebay.com/usr/bigworld2012 Would be a good time to mention that the director, James Bickert has a new movie coming up called Frankenstein Created Bikers. It appears to be a direct sequel to DGN!. Dude Designs did an awesome poster for it. Last edited by Kriztoffer Swank; 03-22-2014 at 12:18 PM. |

I managed to snag one last night before the listing was pulled down for the second time. Havent seen it before but its extremely limited and it does sound interesting at least. Gotta wait till mid April for delivery though.

It's in a pretty snazzy old school VHS clamshell, with a BD-R snapped into one side, and a large red tape, with promo stickers/postcards packed inside too Numbered #48/100 Last edited by jthefrank; 03-22-2014 at 11:08 PM. |

Thought this comparison would be kind of cool to show. The BD/VHS combo comes in a wide and sturdy clamshell case. The standalone VHS release is in one of those Disney bubble cases, black instead of white. The clamshell cases were always my favorite (Jingle All the Way came in one, IIRC) so it's pretty cool.
Artwork is essentially the same but reformatted for different sizes, a bunch of scratch and tear effects were added, and the printing on the combo is higher quality (though still pixelated). And the tape is red instead of black, which is a nice touch. The best new detail is the BE KIND PLEASE REWIND smiley "sticker." ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Kriztoffer Swank; 03-23-2014 at 11:33 PM. |
