Of the Blu-rays that I know are coming down the pipes, The Time Machine (1960) is a pretty big deal.

I agree with Octagon that The Big Sleep will be an important release if it does, indeed, show up on domestic Blu-ray this year.

I keep hoping for: Krull, The 13th Warrior, The Alamo (1960 & 2004), The Black Hole, Dune (1984 Extended in 2.39:1), Eight Men Out, Innerspace, Maximum Overdrive, Mr. Baseball, Sands of Iwo Jima, The Flying Tigers, The Shootist, She Wore a Yellow Ribbon, True Lies, The Abyss, The Village, & Winchester '73. Actually, I'd be happy with any of them.

This. I'm also still holding my breath for a Criterion release of Eraserhead.

My first thought is The Abyss and True Lies. IF they come out.

At the moment, based on what we know, it looks like the next biggest things are Crocodile Dundee, The Time Machine, and maybe all the old Godzilla movies.

These aren't confirmed of course, but if they're released they'll be top 5 of 2014 material:

La Dolce Vita - Criterion collection
Spirited Away (Japan)
Princess Mononoke (US)

So far this year it has to be the Jerry Lewis comedy The Nutty Professor. If it is remastered properly it will look so awesome on blu as it is such a colorful film.

By the power of suggestion, yes,
The Abyss (if there's any remote confirmation at all)
and
Criterion Coll for Eraserhead (everyone's going to pre-order that one)
Jodorowsky's Dune

The US version of Zoolander is already in 148 people's collections, and it hasn't been released yet. That could be a contender.

It's lightweight compared to some others you've said, but for many, it's highly anticipated.

If Warner Bros. decides to release a 2nd Vol. of Classic Gangsters films and a Bogie & Bacall Set, they would be highly anticipated.

I don't know if I can answer this without being bias; however, I believe Double Indemnity and Touch of Evil are highly anticipated releases (in the U.S.).
