Although, in the case of Disney, I don't believe they do bilingual packaging. I think it's a sticker that says 'Version Francaise Incluse'.

I'm pretty certain they do have bilingual packaging.

I bought "Frozen" from Amazon Canada. No French text, only English on the packaging.

So what are the extras on the UK disc? Is it what is listed on Amazon UK? Can't find a rear cover picture. If it's true, there are more extras than the US disc.

Bonus Features
The Longer, Longest Blooper Reel in Muppets History, I'll Get You What You Want Music Video Performed By Bret McKenzie, Rizzo's Biggest Fan, Mickey Short "No Service", On Set with Walter, Inside The Gulag

My copy arrived from Amazon.ca today. As said above just has an oval on front cover saying French version included. Remainder of text is all English.
So is fine and gives me all 3 versions of the film for just over £15, only downside as I knew is like the UK version it only has HR audio.

Does the US version have lossless audio? Thank you
Given the price however, and the fast shipping from Amazon.ca I'll go with them

The only versions with MA are the Far East disks and it seems Hong Kong is cheapest. These match the UK and European disks though in only having the theatrical version of the film and also have less extras than US and Canada.

Found a blurry unboxing video of the UK DVD, which states the Mickey Mouse short is the only bonus material on the DVD. I can't find any back cover info on the UK Blu-ray though. Still no confirmation on the UK Blu extras?

I don't understand why there are extras on the Europe/Australia release that are not on the US or Asian disc. Disney is usually consistent almost to a fault, but this is a very strange release from them.

The seamless branching of the 3 film versions in the US must have used up a significant amount of disk space hence the need to downgrade audio to HR and miss extras. Disney were as usual too cheap to spring for a second bonus disk so they could have put all the extras on that in the US which may also have freed up enough space for a MA soundtrack.

With Europe all the dubs included obviously meant the again went for the cheap option of HR audio. However given the extras aren't particularly long no reason why the Asian disk can't be MA with all the extras.

Although people keep mentioning "3 cuts" on the US disc, but in reality, the "Statler / Waldorf cut" is only 2 minutes long. hardly a space issue.

You don't understand why some content is missing from a single US release.
I don't understand why Disney systematically shafts European customers, by releasing their films in Europe with inferior audio/video specs, and plenty of missing content.

You are right calling them consistent. They are indeed consistent in treating everyone outside of the USA as 3rd rate customers.

I don't see what that has to do with content on the European release that isn't on any other release. I guess Asia (home to over half of the people on Earth) doesn't count? And yes, Disney usually are consistent across the board with extras. They certainly have many more Blu-ray releases that are identical across the world than ones that are different.

And I don't agree that Disney hasn't mis-treated customers in the US, either. Look at the 3D releases of Frozen and Maleficent, which are not available or cannot be ordered in the US, foe example.

I'm not saying for one minute this shafting is acceptable and probably won't pick up either release for a while as I'm trying to save money, but is the extra cut worth importing for? All "we can't support UK Disney" aside and what-not, is the extra cut good? Does it add any good scenes? I'm merely curious.
