I just wish UV codes would redeem correctly 100% of the time. WB's 'Her' from a BD just redeemed in SD on VUDU for me. Now I have to deal with their suspect customer service to get the issue fixed.

I had a similar problem redeeming JCVD's Enemies Closer. I filed a support ticket and it got resolved really quickly. In fact, all of the support tickets I've submitted have been resolved within 2-3 days.

Clark, I just noticed my "Her" was changed to HDX after PM'ing DanielH my email address on the VUDU forums. Offered to send a pic of my slip but never had to. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the speed (around an hour) in which they/he was able to fix it. Can't wait to watch it!

I just redeemed Her, fully prepared to email them to upgrade, but it redeemed as HDX. Perhaps they have fixed the glitch?

Once again, VUDU's customer service response via email to my simple request has been mindless and inadequate, copied directly from a prepared script.

VUDU has to have some of the poorest customer support I've dealt with on the Internet. I assume they have the typical batch of temp workers/call center employees looking for a prepared response to a problem, but their level of understanding even the most simple of issues is very poor.

I'd suggest sending Daniel H a PM over on the Vudu forum. That is what XaroXhoanDaxos did, and the issue was resolved right away.

I've tried that a few hours ago and yet to receive a response. VUDU has very lacking customer service, I also attempted to contact them through a support ticket but you get shuttled around between random reps reading off a script.

It's really no way to grow the digital streaming business when consumers are wary of issues like this one.

Everything from this week was back to normal and transferred seamlessly amongst linked accounts without having to work to push anything through. Dare I hope that the issue is somehow resolved now?

All of them, the secondary account no one uses, its my backup account and have 2 of my devices registered there. The third account my boss uses and that's it.

I was on the phone with VUDU for an hour after work and they saw no problems with the account and told me they see UV's pending for export and that I would have to wait a few days.

I asked them if I do a D2D would that push it through and they told me no. I did it about 10 minutes ago anyhow and in fact it did push it through. Just don't want to be doing this every week.

Everything still working fine on my end and flixster has sped up by about 1000% when loading collection. I will say that I now make sure every linked family member logs in and out of uvvu.com and vudu.com every single Tuesday to be on the safe side. Last two weeks, back to normal with everything and improved dramatically with flixster.

The only reason I asked is because I have noticed this as well, but I found a way that seems to push them through. I recently set up my parents, and another friend with a sub account this past weekend. After I redeem a code using my main Vudu account, I log out of my account, and log into the Vudu account of one of the subs. (This is all done from a computer, not a device like Roku or whatever). When I do that, I click on My Vudu, and then My Movies, usually, it will not have shown up yet. Then I refresh, and click on My Vudu again, and then on My Movies again, and usually within less than 1 minute it will pop up and show in their account.

I am not sure if I am just getting lucky, or if me logging into the sub account, and continually clicking on My Vudu is pushing the movie through? Either way though, it does seem to work for me, and as I mentioned, will usually show up in about 1-2 minutes after my original redemption.
