I heard that the reason this has never been released on DVD/Blu-ray was because Pat Benatar thinks its garbage and refuses to clear the rights for "Invincible". If that's true, I wonder what changed her mind...

I downloaded it from Cinemageddon a few years ago and thought it was a fine piece of 80's fluff ; Helen Slater sure was a hottie back in the day, even with that hairstyle.

It was released by Sony as a DVD-R MOD in 2011.

- European theatrical
- US theatrical
- 2000 Director's Cut
- US TV Cut(s)?

I saw her in concert last summer and she mentioned how she did not like the film and that she was still negotiating over the rights to it. Must have settled finally.

I would KILL for this title on Blu-Ray, I used to own the now OOP DVD, and have only ever seen this in 1.33. Getting a chance to see it in it's OAR would be an amazing revelation.

Agreed. Any of the eighties Slaters' movies would in fact be quite welcome I hope these Mill Creek blu-rays look decent. But at ten bucks I guess I can't complain TOO much.
