I think a TMNT (2014) Steelbook in the US depends on the Box Office, Paramount has done Steelbooks in the US for their $100 Million + hits(Jack Ryan flopped so it got no Steelbook in the US) but if TMNT (2014) flops am sure Paramount will do a Steelbook outside the US that you can import.

There's already a "possible" thread at HDN for an HMV exclusive steelbook. Not a lot of confirmation yet though

G.I. Joe Retaliation got a Wal-Mart Exclusive steelbook & it wasn't that big of a success I don't think.
