I'll probably buy them off Ebay in that case.
Touche, I haven't seen any review of the Blu anyway so I'll be patient.

Never seen this movie. Worth a blind buy? I am gonna get Swiss Family Robinson and Pollyanna as well. Haven't seen those either but my wife wants them. Are all 3 good?

After months of contemplating, I signed up for the Disney movie club and this was one of the titles I decided to get. I like Don Knotts and I know others I can watch this movie with.
I do have one random question, I think I saw the DVD at a local thrift store when I was there on Sunday, are the special features on the DVD worth having two copies of this movie?
I think the DVD was 2 or 3 dollars and the Blu-ray is bare bones, so if the special features are decent I'll double dip

Shame we only get Dolby Digital 2.0 for this but I’m blown away by the transfer. Shocking it’s from 2014. Do we know if this was a 4K scan on a standard BD?

I watched this projected last night (Oppo 103D upscaled through Radiance Pro) and it looked absolutely gorgeous. Better than I recall last time viewing it although my equipment has been upgraded since. Slim odds this ever reaches UHD BD, but I never felt the need for such viewing the BD last night.

Apple Dumpling is a typical Don Knotts vehicle, but it's funny enough if you like Knotts and Tim Conway. I was a little too old when it came out to be the target audience, but plenty of folks really like it
I don't even know who Knotts and Tim Conway are lol.

I think I bought the Don Knotts DVD 4 pack for $10 since it had the same disc from the SE, plus the Apple Dumpling Ride Again sequel, Hot Lead and Cold Feet, and Gus
Given it was either 2 or 3 dollars, I might go back to the thrift store and pick up Apple Dumpling Gang DVD. Special features sound worth it given the price and I do know family members I can watch this movie with. I didn't get it last time because I already ordered my Disney movie club stuff.
I might get the sequel at some point
