Watched this earlier, I enjoyed it. While the mentions of The Abuse are indeed entirely predictable, it kinda doesn't help that this docco has clips of the film in pristine remastered HD quality (looks just like the Lowry restoration that's seen on TV, albeit in open matte) and 3D converted rather nicely to boot. I had to laugh that they converted the fuzzy, jaggy, low-rez behind the scenes footage from that and Titanic though, heck of it is the conversion looks great even for those bits. And the proper 3D in the documentary is absolutely superb, so much immersion and depth.

Saw this tonight for the first time. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Even though JC obviously survives, it is mind boggling to think of how many things could have gone wrong and there was no way they could save him. Personally though the storytelling was great. Superior 3D particularly in a number of undersea shots and the Fire Dance scene. Wish I would have seen Ghosts of the Abyss first to build up to this, but oh well. Very highly recommended.
