haven't worked out how to post pics, but there are 2 discs, 1 for each cut, no booklet, and uninspiring internal art.

I was under the impression that this was a 1-disc of the new 251 minute cut, but it is a 2-disc that includes the 223 minute cut, also! Sweet!

so the longer cut is mastered in 4k, is the originally released cut now also from the 4k remaster is it the same blu from a few years back?

I'm not sure I could truly handle the new scenes in this....the quality looks insane. I already love the original, I don't want a Apoc Redux case of the added weight hurting the experience on top of the shoddy quality.

Can't believe I missed this. Didn't know there was a steelbook version that was region free for the collectors edition. I like this more than the US box set. Ordered.

My order was supposed to be delivered on 1/26, but it still hasn't shown up. I contacted Amazon UK and they said it should of been delivered, but since they don't have any more in stock they just gave me a refund. Sucks, I really wanted this

I have a bunch of Steelbooks that have not been dilivered from Amazon uk & IT. Also got stuff from spain & Zavvi coming in, but there seems to be a delay with delivery through USPS do to the snow storms, specially if the packages are being sorted through the USPS NY processing center. And I hpe amazon went back to using boxes to mail Steelbooks, they switched to thin cardboard envelopes!

I've always been meaning to get this. Personally, it's a shame De Niro's big mug is on the front. I'd have preferred the bridge to continue to the edge of the steel.

If you didn't know he was in this film...where have you been!

That is normally what happens when the initial run sells out and is not available from the retailer anymore.

Came home from work yesterday with this in my mailbox. Amazon had already given me a refund. Not sure what to do

That has happened to me before and they just said to keep them. The crazy part about mine was it was not just one steelbook, it was for 5 steelbooks and on digibook costing over $100.

In the long run they probably end up opening up a claim with the shipping company and get reimbursed anyway.

I had no problems receiving this. Got it for around £19. Ordered on Feb 5, shipped on Feb 6 and received on Feb 13 sent to the States.
