If you did not open them, of course you can return them. Or if you never went to pick them up, I believe not picking them up by a certain date results in a cancellation.

I think he was asking about a return and re-buy at the returns counter in case his store has the wrong version or no version. None of my stores carry any of the indiana Jones movies on Blu Ray except the complete set. I don't shop at walmart a lot so I don't know the answer to his question. Seems like they would allow it, but it is Wally World so who knows.

EDIT - I have returned and repurchased two of my dot com orders on one receipt. I scanned the QC code and voila, all titles showed up in my vudu. Walmart.com is broken and I recommend all to do this who are struggling with online instawatch purchases. I picked up Redemption, Rounders and Indy trilogy.

What do you mean by "returned and repurchased"? Did you pickup the items, go to customer service and return the items then rebuy the same items as a store purchase so you get a store receipt?

Sorry, I meant from InstaWatch on Vudu rather than the physical store copy you bought. Vudu gave you the 2D version and not the 3D version, correct?

If you got a code request from a Disney title (Maleficent, Cars) in Instawatch, did you enter a code? If so, was it your DMR code? Did it count as a DC+ redemption, or (not yet likely) a DMA redemption?

I'm not sure, sorry. I already had it in my DMA account so I sold the code in the trading forum rather than redeem it.

This is important information if you could please clarify that would be great. From what I understand, you bought Cars 3D Blu-ray at Walmart and then you received the InstaWatch email telling you that the movie was added. After that, I'm asking if you have actually verified that the Cars movie in your Vudu account, and if it is whether it's the 2D or 3D version in the Vudu account. Thanks.

Right, they said it was added to my library but it wasn't. When I clicked the Watch Now link in the email it showed the added movies but Cars had a space for a redemption code under it. I opted not to use the code since I already have the movie in DMA.

So I don't know if it redeems 3D or 2D but the artwork they showed didn't have the 3D logo in the corner if that's any indication.

And while I'm here: I placed an order online for the Walmart exclusive editions of Princess Bride, Platoon and the original Robocop to ship to home. It's been almost two days since they shipped and no email or movies in my account. They were under the instawatch eligible section of the site too.
