Here are those screen caps:
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Any chance on seeing a screen cap on a close-up of a face (to check on detail)? |

Disc looks very good IMO -- good detail, extremely high bit rate in the 40s. Koch does a solid job with the Universal titles so they keep the "fuzziness" intact instead of smearing DNR over it. I can see where if you are looking at a screen cap you are going to think it's a problem, but in motion, it has good detail and color. It might be an older master but it is not an "ancient" one either.
FYI - Region B locked, but worth importing, because Id imagine Universal would filter it if it ever makes it to BD in the US |

I just got mine today and the picture and even audio is excellent. However, while skimming through I noticed a couple problem spots. There's a vague line in the middle of the following shot: ![]() And this shot is downright bizarre. While in motion those spots almost look like some sort of blotted overlay. I'm not sure what happened: ![]() Other than that, it's incredible and VERY worth it, despite those minor hiccups: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Yeah, other than those two minor issues, it's a bang-up job.
Even the audio, lossless 5.1 and sounds like they might've even RE-remastered it. Probably my imagination and I'm merely noticing the difference in upgrade from a low bitrate AC3. Yep, get this one guys and gals ![]() |
