I've ordered as it was a childhood favourite and on quick glance I loved the look, spine especially.
But the more I look at it, the inside being stuntmen or whatever, no villains and the odd pointless poses of Batman & Robin, the more I dislike.

Also just makes it feel like another rushed thrown together steelbook, on the endless Zavvi conveyor belt, just so they can churn out another batch of £5 amarays for triple the price.

I'll keep hold of it for now, rather have to cancel then want and can't get. But I'm starting to side with those who think this is naff

The stunt doubles on the inside are Hubie Kerns (Batman) and Victor Paul (Robin).

I guess it adds a degree of novelty to this release, but doesn't say much about the amount of attention that went into it.

This is the only Batman movie i don't have on the blu, have it on dvd. Not sure i like this enough though. Not enough to pay £15.99 for sure. Sold Out anyway according to the site. Not sure i get the fascination with steelbooks, they're alright but i'm not that bothered. I just bought Wicker Man on normal blu ray, cos it has 3 cuts. The steelbook only has 1. Takes the piss in my opinion, they shouldn't do that. Why would anybody buy a vastly inferior product just to get a steelbook?

I'm now glad I didn't go for this, didn't notice that on the Zavvi email.

That's very poor attention to detail from whoever designed this!!
